In this version, I also took into account the comments and corrected most of the errors (some are still in the process):
- returned the rules for Klabor and the Kharkiv game
- corrected errors with an obligation
- fixed an error with scoring
- fixed a bug with an invitation to the room
- the cutter is now shown
- messages are now coming
